I believe Jesus's fate was sealed whether or not Judas turned him in. Eventually the sanhedrin would have found another avenue to arrest Jesus who wasn't exactly "hiding out". So yes, Christianity would have existed in it's present form.

Had Eve not eaten of the forbidden fruit, we would all be living happily "sinless" and "in fellowship" with God and there would be no need for Jesus to die for our sins. Had you not been borned, then this question would not have exist at all?
What happened, happened and it is beyond us to try and rationalise what would be if it had not happened? We know for a fact that Judas betrayed Jesus from the gospels' account and it was also prophesized in the Old Testament. Even if Judas did not betray Jesus, someone else would and Christianity would still exist.

Judas did not betray Jesus, in all verses about the betrayal of Jesus, the writers are the ones accusing Judas. Jesus never said it was Judas, to the contrary, Jesus honored Judas, for Glorifying him.
The true betrayer of Jesus was Peter, read all verses containing verses dealing with Peter within the Gospel. Especially read what Jesus said about denying him as Peter had done, and where was Jesus when he said it.
Jesus would not have been killed according to scripture, if Judas had not fulfilled his part as he was commanded by God, the Father, who is in heaven, therefore the work that the Father gave Jesus to do could not have been accomplished and scripture could not be fulfilled

Christianity would exist still, for SOMEONE would've had to betrayed innocent blood/perfect environmment such as Adam and Eve did. Everything that pertains to salvation as ordained by the teachings of Christ was established in the OT. This is why Jesus was once quoted as saying, "I came not to abolish the Law (OT) but to fullfill it." He only changed the METHOD of worship and the PATH of righteousness, not the FACT that we have to walk it. Your question might be more apporpriate had you substituted Adam and Eve for Judas. Had Adam and Eve not betrayed God's trust, there would be no need for systematic Christianity, for we would still have free will, still be in the Garden in a state of loving relationship with God and life as it was then would be perfected down through the ages.

Had not is a question in itself. Judas did betray Jesus but had he not the pharisees and high priest were out to get Jesus. It would have happened someway, it was preordained by God to happen. The only thing that would change was the how not the fact.

Do you imagine God's plan that replaced into made before the muse of the earth ought to probably be prevented by technique of a touch weasel like Judas? The gospel of Judas isn't taken as Holy Scripture and so at the same time as it may coach an exciting examine, it really is not considered inspired by technique of the Holy Spirit.

Yes, for if Judas did not betray the Messiah, God's plan would have still worked out in some manner according to prophesy.

Yes.
The Bible clearly says it would have been better if the man who betrayed Jesus never existed. God can still choose a way for Jesus to die for us, not that Jesus is dependant on Judas to fulfill the prophecy.
