You probably mean "excoriated". This means the skin has been eroded or damaged mechanically, like by scraping or scratching. This defines it from other wounds caused by pressure, cutting or piercing.

The weeping is normal... just your body's response to heal the wound. Be sure to follow the nurse's instructions and don't touch it unless necessary.

I think it means torn rather than a clean cut wound.
