We are really happy about this but I am worried about the baby and what people will think. I am so depressed.

While this is majorly taboo to most people it's not really a big deal. I fit was closer relation it could be bad because if you both carried a health problem it could be ampilified in the baby. 2nd cousins can even legally marry in allot of states. If your really freaked talk to a genetic counselor.

You are seriousely sickening me..... I cant even fathom the idea of sleeping with my 3rd 4th or 5th Cousin let alone my Second!!!! that is absolutely disgusting, and you had to expect remarks such as this by posting this kind of question!!! You need serious counseling, because this is NOT normal behavior. I feel very bad for the unborn child. Do the right thing and give it up for adoption.

I think there is some genetic testing that can be done, you may want to ask your doc about that. Could help to ease your worries, especially if a treatment can help.

Well, this is gross, and your family will be shocked and maybe ashamed, as you should be as well. But the baby will be fine. 1st cousins may have problems, and definitely siblings have problems, but 2nd cousins should be fine.
Gross girl...how awkward is that going to be?
