About 4.5 Euros. Romania. A pack of L&M is 1.3 Euros, Marlboro must be a little more expensive. Heh heh.

A loaf of bread is for the kind I get $1.99 a loaf. Marlboro is around 2:69 a pack. Milk is 3:49 a gallon. Not sure what washup liquid means.

Well... bread can be bought for as little as .50 a loaf, cigarettes are $4 a pack in TX, wash up liquid (dish soap?) is about $1 for the really cheap stuff and two cartons of milk is a gallon and that costs about $3.50.

It would cost me about $10 here in Texas

You have got to be kidding. The cigarettes alone are at LEAST £4.50 in the UK. I am assuming you mean a 20 pack and not illegal imports. Minimum price for that lot in UK would be around £7.00. Minimum here in TX would be around $5.50

Depends on the type of bread, where you buy your cigs, what type of body soap you buy and how much volume is in a "carton" of milk.

Can't answer such a generic question.

Check the label. The promotion may have expired. If it has not, then yes, it is illegal for them not to honor the promotion on the package. I would bring that to their attention to correct before you report it to your local Police station, the Better business Bureau and Phillip Morris, the makers of Malboro.
