I only eat when my stomach growls and when I do eat, i finish only half if not less of what im eating because i feel so fat and know i shouldnt be eating at all, you know? how can i eat and finish a meal without feeling bad about it??

Eat a healthy balanced meal that is all good for you then once you have eaten it and if u do feel fat u ca just think to yourself it did me good. Try having lots of water with ur meal which always makes you feel good. Dont eat heavy food eat lighter plain foods so not to many junk food or sauces just simple fresh and yummy. Strech after eating and exercise throughout the day.

Once you allow yourself to eat what ever you want..... your body will naturally reject it.

It is normal to want what you can't have, so telling yourself that you can't have it....makes you really want it more.

If you say oh, I can have that...then the chances of you eating the whole thing are less.....when you want something really bad and say you can't have it, most people will scarf it down in 2 seconds.....

There is a book about this, i think it is called " Diets don't work" or something like this..... Read it, what can it hurt?

Just because your stomach growls does not mean you are hungry. Also you should try watching not only the calorie intake but also the calories from fat intake. The calories from fat intake are much more harmful to your weight than just the calories.

If you're overweight, you might want to meet with a nutritionist who will help you with a healthy choice of foods to aid you in losing weight. If you have an eating disorder, you should seek help.What you're describing is not healthy.

eating small amounts without exercise is useless.. you just lower your metabolism and make the problem worse for yourself.. exercise is the key for weight loss! you should make it your goal to exercise every day. I did 1 hour on our elliptical trainer machine last night while watching TV.. even 15 minutes a day will be helpful to you.. you just have to make up your mind not to be lazy..

Try more exercise. If you do some strong aerobic workouts, then you can afford to consume more calories. It will also help your general well being and make you feel more positive.

just eat healthy stuff.it doesnt matter if ur alwayz eating.and if its becoming a problem,try going to the doctor.
