Hello, Im 21 and for the past week ive been having constant headaches across the front of my head, they arnt bad ones, just constantly there from the moment i wake up till i go to sleep. Ive been drinking lots of water every day and getting lots of sleep but they dont seem to be shifting. I went to the doctor yesterday and they said to just take paracetamol, which doesnt do anything. Im not really sure what to do now, am getting worried it could be something bad. Any ideas what i can do to help it?

Couple thing to look for also would be stress, increase in reading/computer usage, also hormones (I got headaches with pms and when pregnant) - now on depo and they're gone! Id get a second opinion also.

There is no med to treat not only H/A but any pain!
Pain killers kill the patient and not the pain!
For every pain cause is different. Blockage of flow of Vital Energy, toxicity and excess or deficiency of meridians through which Vital Energy flows are main reasons.
In your case, you feel sicky after meals denotes toxicity and loss of appetite coupled with acidity or constipation. Exact diagnosis can be possible after examination.
Naturopathy will eliminate toxicity and help you keeping good health. Acupuncture will treat your H/A.

If they are in the front of your head it could be sinus infection. You don't have to have a runny nose or a cold. You would feel pressure in the front of your head and behind your eyes. If you can take sudafed, there are a ton of OTC meds to ease the pain and help you if you have sinus. Or you can go to a doctor and get a script for antibiotics.

Go see a chiropractor. She/He will help stop the headaches, find the cause of the headaches and fix the root problem.....without prescription medications!!!!!
Your headaches are a symptom of something else that is going on. And the great news about chiropractors, they are generally quick to get you in!!! And out!!! :0) You will feel better soon!!!!

Whenever a headache strikes drink lots of water .Lack of oxygen may have lead to your headache. Place a few ice-cubes in a polythene bag, and apply this on the forehead and temples. Check out http://useinfo-headache.blogspot.com/ for more info

Go get a second opinion at the docs. Have them do a catscan on your head. It could be something more serious. It could also just be a head cold.
