I don't think peace is possible as long as we're dealing with humans.
But it's admirable to try.

You can certainly try. Open debate is a wonderful way to hammer out the principles which are worth fighting for.
Example: when you say "Peace," do you mean at any price? Even if that price is submitting to a tyrant? Surrendering your freedom? Offering your children up to indoctrination by a political system you abhor?
Or do you mean to include something like the peace which comes from eternal vigilance, and the willingness to die to protect your people and your homeland? Do you acknowledge a moral difference between aggression and defense?

Start with mobilizing all possible required resources, legally.
Take action to make various Governments aware that their active participation, in this most noble cause, is just inescapable...
Yahoo! could design a crux feedback loop to all governments, that are willing to help in this cause. Yamsters can design just about every technique required to support such "nobleness of thoughts" on the part of all participants, who volunteer.

I get so tired of the bashing....the arguing is kinda cool..but the bashing has to stop.
It amazes me....someone asks for peace and already 5 answers later and someone is bashing him.
