My BF says he is an awesome cook. So I said prove it. He said ok but I have to tell him what I want him to make for me. What would be a good dish to have him serve me? Right now my mind is drawing blank. Anyone have any good ideas for a menu-nothing too fancy but something that would definately give him a challenge.....also-I dont like red meat.

Actually, you might consider asking him to make you his signature dish. If it contains red meat, then be sure to tell him that you'd prefer that it not contain the stuff. If your boyfriend is indeed a great cook, you can't go wrong with his choice of what to make for you!
