it is beef and there used to be a soy additive but that has since been removed. and for the record JIB has the BEST food safety program around. It was designed by NASA and adopted by Jack each store has issues but in large the company has shown great integrity in resolving the E-coli issue and their commitment to you the consumer

After indulging in several tacos from Jacques en De Casa, I'm convinced that they either contain no meat at all or very little of it. What I taste is either a texturized vegetable protein or something close to it. Those taco's are interesting!

i dnt kno but u just reminded me of when i used to live in cali about 10 years ago and me and my brothers and sister used to yell murder in the box everytime we drove past a jack in the box.
