one of my tooth is hurting me badly when i chew or drink cold drinks. I dont know if i would like my tooth taken out if they cant grow anymore

You may have what is called sensitive teeth / tooth, dentist will only pull a tooth if it's unfix able. usually people only get two sets of teeth...once the baby teeth fall out that's it, my brother did have a 3rd front tooth grow in, I think tho he never lost the baby tooth and that was the second...

You have two sets of teeth that "erupt" during your lifetime. Teeth don't "grow" they form or develop under your tissue and eventually erupt in your mouth during an approximate age or time frame. So if you've already had your baby tooth and shed it, then this is your "permanent" tooth, you won't get another one to replace it. Check this site for information on the eruption of teeth. You never know..but statistics say if you are old enough to write this..it will be the last natural teeth you will own.
