You been under extra stress lately?? Vitamin B12 deficiency. Eat more foods rich in this vitamin - yeast, liver, eggs, milk, cheese and fish, kidney and pork.
Go get yourself a really good multivitamin supplement with all the B vitamins contained in it - B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B12. Don't buy the B vitamins individually cos they work best as a group. Don't buy synthetic vitamins (the cheap nasty ones) as they are notoriously hard to digest. Expect to pay around $30.00 AUD.
The B group of vitamins is a water soluble group and therefore the body can neither store or produce them. We need to replace them on a daily basis. When we are in stress situations our bodies will naturally use more of the B group of vitamins and we need to adjust our diets accordingly.
If you are a vegetarian and have excluded eggs and dairy products from your diet then supplementation for you is a must.
Jus go grab a couple of big glasses of milk/ milk substitute (loaded with B12) and notice the difference in your energy level/mental clarity??? You need to pay more attention to your body's dietary needs, please???..............:0)

There could be many things going on. Either, maybe you need to catch up on sleep from a previous outing where you didn't get much sleep. There could also be something else going on, so if this keeps up and it's interferring with what you're doing daily then go talk to a doctor. Hope i helped!

you may need to excercise to get the blood pumping. or, like me, you don't sleep every day, just every other day.
