If i wait to open it will it still be good? I have a bottle my dad gave me and i havent opened it, if i wait 2 months to open will it still be good?

Yes. Keep it room temp until the day you want to serve it. Once wine is opened it is only good for maybe 2 weeks in the fridge though.

It will be fine after two months--likely will be fine after two years, for that matter. Sparkling wine is always sold ready to drink, from the aging standpoint. Very few wines will be hurt it you let them alone for a month or two after buying and most will be better for it.

Go ahead and open it and see what a lard *** you turn into. Its got a ton of calories. But then again, hey, you found love and why would your mate ever be less attracted to you if you went back to being fat? Ohh I see maybe he wont love you less in his head he might just love you less physically and once again thats how you like it, once a month.

If you store it horizontally in the refridgerator or in a special wine cooler at 12C and 75% Humidity, it will be alright. Please Invite me over, I'll help you drink it!
