The cheese is your problem. Without it it can last...indefinitely. Don't add the cheese just yet and you can store it for months.

With the cheese....a day? The cheese will go bad an make your vinaigrette murky and smelly. It may still be eatable but not that nice.

The first answer is right. Just add the cheese separately each time you use it. Things with vinegar stay good for a very long time in the fridge.

Maybe make it without the cheese and just add the cheese onto your salad. The cheese will make it spoil much faster.

As long as it is refrigerated it should last a couple of weeks.
