Because he no longer exists, thus it isn't really his fault either.

you know, jesus didn't stop wars and attrocities because it's our (i mean people's)choice whether or not make it happen. War is the effect of human's selfishness and greed just for power. If there's something to blame, it's the mistakes that people from the past. God made us with minds and hearts, and it's up to us how to use them. Remember God is not a genie, and we don't always get what we want. Come on, i mean, do you expect Jesus to just come out of nowhere and take all the guns and bombs and make people forget that they are fighting each other?

Tough questions don't have easy answers. There are answers, but the question is- would any answer any one gives satisfy your question? If the answer is no- then that's probably your best answer. If you say "yes" you are looking for an honest answer then here's something else to wrap your brain around.
This same God, did not spare his own son from dying on a cross.
A question we need to ask is- why do parents allow their children to make bad- even horrible decisions? Why does a parent allow their kids to get drunk, have sex, etc? The answer is that the things kids do directly goes against the wishes of their parents- it's rebellion. It's the same with God. God calls Himself a father and as such- children disobey their parents.

The first kindess God did for us was to grant us Free Will.
The universe operates on cause and effect, it is ours to command. All spirits chose their lives, even though it doesn't seem that way at the time.
A bigger question is, why didn't WE stop world war II, and all the other atrocities from happening? Why are WE allowing them to continue today? There is nothing that happened in WWII that is more horrible than what is happening in Iraq and Dufar and South America today.

the earth is in a new birth process. when a baby is born the water breaks, then at the birth it gets bloody messy and the mother has birth pains just b4 delivery, and the when it gets spanked, the spirit or breath of life enters that body. the spirit is likened to fire.
in noahs day, the water broke, and in jesus day the blood covered the earth, and now she has had two birth pains(world war 1 and 2) she can't handle another world war, she gives way and is destroyed by fire thus giving birth to a new earth to come.

God didn't start it, we did. Why does everyone think that God is going to stop everything bad? God lets us decide how we run or lives, we just do not do it too well do we? A perfect world with no sin, death, war, or disease, I believe he calls that Heaven, not Earth

I don't have an answer, but I highly suggest you read the story of this person who had an afterlife experience, and he asked Jesus that very question.

Wars are man made, mankind causes these terrible things to happen so mankind must be the one who puts it right, you can not blame something else for the mistake of us humans.
