He gets really itchy, you know, and he gets this really bad eczema, and he's tried all kinds of creams and stuff but none of them have worked. So he's seeing a Chinese herbalist on Monday to see if they can do anything about it.

my personal opinion. God is supposedly light and love and contains no sin. God is everywhere, which means that He has to be around sin sometimes right? Well, it is my believe that His light covers over sin. God is all powerful in my personal opinion, so nothing not even sin is like "kryptonite" to Him. Nothing happens to God around sin.
Of course no one knows for sure. All I can do is give you my opinion. Hope this helps.

I'm not quite sure if you're seriously asking this question or just making an attempt to be funny, but I'll show my gullibility by giving you an answer anyway.
Who do you think created sin? In the beginning there was God and sin? No, in the beginning there was just God, so naturally the logical conclusion would be that God created sin, or at least determines what kind of character and attitude of mind is deemed inappropriate, and ultimately not something he would do. All a sin is something God wouldn't do.
If you're of the Christian faith you've been taught by the cows of Christendom who flock to the very thrown of Satan every Sunday morning that some great Archangel fell from heaven and he is the reason for all this sin. This is utter nonsense, at least if you're a Christian who believes in the scriptures: Ish 45:7 "I form the light and I create darkness, I make peace and I create EVIL: I THE LORD do all these things".
The book of Job tell us that Satan was created by God, if you're interested enough in finding that scripture then search for it in the book of Job; there you'll find a lot of fascinating information about Satan that isn't taught to you in your churches. Just out of curiosity, how do you think that the earth was flooded and all but a few were killed, or how do you think Sodom and Gomorrah was destroyed? Eph 1:11 says that God works ALL THINGS after the council of his own will.
This sounds kind of terrible that God does evil things and allows all the bad people in the world to do what they want. The true question is why. Why does he allow things to happen that he could easily stop? Because unlike Christianity tells you, God didn't create man in his image; God is CREATING man to be his image. This is a long and painful process. The first step in our creation is to understand the difference of Good and Evil, and to appreciate Good and despise Evil, and to eventually come to the place in our hearts where there is nothing but unconditional love for one another. Ever wonder why God put the knowledge of Good and Evil in the same tree? The whole Bible is symbolic and a rough translation of two ancient languages with a lot of mistranslations the worst of which are the words hell, which should be death, and eternity, which should be age abiding. The symbolism from the tree of the knowledge of Good and Evil is that they're inseparable. Why? Simply because the development of knowledge is based on contrast and relativity. You don't know down if you don't know up, left or right, light or dark, and of course the only way to know, understand, and appreciate Good is to suffer evil. God has made this world a very terrible place and blanketed the religions with the terrible notion that there will one day come a time when most of man will be condemned to an eternity of torture. With that in mind, God has created the perfect set of circumstances to insure that humanity will be very thankful and loving to him when he opens his arms to all mankind; like the Bible tell us over and over again that he will.
If you don't understand this then conduct this simple exercise. Hold your hand out in the air; ask yourself how your hand feels. You'd probably say that it doesn't feel like anything, it's just sitting out there in the air. Now, take a lighter and burn your hand a little, just enough to feel the pain, or prick it with a needle just strong enough to bleed. Then ask yourself how your hand felt before, and you'll understand why God has created evil and sin and everything else: so that he can destroy it and have the perfect creation.
The development of Character and acceptable behavior requires a creation, its circumstances, and time. That’s what this world is; its serves and incredibly important purpose, but when its job is done, evil will be discarded, and all mankind will be saved from it. Forget everything you've ever learned in Church, read the Bible from beginning to end, know that it is full of symbols, and see if I'm right or not.

Habakkuk 1:13 indicates that God is too pure to even look upon sin .... indicating His displeasure. There are other verses that declare that "sin is a stench in His nostrils".
In some ways, God seems to interact with His children through the intermediaries of Jesus and His Holy Spirit. Not until heaven will He actually directly associate with His adopted children (who have turned from their sins ... aka repentance ... and surrendered control of their lives to His Son)

Nothing happens to him. for instance, you steal a candy bar. you go to church. god is there, but nothing will happen to him or you. if you're sorry but haven't done anything to fix it, you would be sent to limbo (purgatory) until you've done penance for your sins. Depending on the extent of your unforgiven sins, you may end up in hell.
by the way, poseidon, you're an idiot. the snake lied to us that the apple was powerful. actually, it's the same kind of apple you can pull out of the supermarket. (you're also very annoying, and you shouldn't post nonsense just to get points.)

God conquered over sin and death, meaning man has a way out. God hates sin, but loves the sinner.

God sees sin everywhere. He just has the ability to not fall victim to it. That's what makes him God. I think he weeps for us when we fall victim to sin but he is never out of reach.

Since God is pure and holy, he is incapable of sinning.
So, nothing happens. Nice try though.
Just beause you are around sin does not mean you are going to sin. Last time I checked, everyone has a choice if they are going to sin against God or not.

Nothing. He is the same past, present and future.
He warns us about sins because we change. We compromise our well being when we sin. And He only hopes what is the best for us. : )

Good point. I don't know how christians can reconcile that "God can't be in the presence of sin", and yet, "God is everywhere".
This is why I watch you on toonami ;)
