The question is not clear. 'Outdate' means not anything. The word outdated means old or obsolete. Out date,also means out-moded. Are you stating your boyfriends outdated?

Perhaps you might first consider a boyfriend who is not a criminal, rather than go back to one who is. Let him worry about his outdate, you need not since in all likelihood he'll be back inside again soon.

Call his attorney or the clerk of court where he was originally sentenced. Don't expect to be treated with extreme courtesy, but they should tell you. Some states have the into on-line.

Is he ina county jail or state prison??? Call the jail or peison or the attorney who represented him and they will tell you.
