Is there any truth to this?
I know most will say no, but i'm looking for a deeper answer...
Almost daily on our News they show us mass Anti-America/Israel demonstrations in the Mid-East, or huge gatherings of people signing up to be Martyrs. The videos are real and numours so how can you say that there's not some truth to it?
Is radical Islamic terrorism getting out of control (no thanks to Bush) And no one wants to admit it?
And before you answer "no" to my question, ask yourselves this: Could it be that you're victims of your Country's own propaganda?
Here's a good example of what I'm talking about:

You are right. It is by no means a small part of Islam. They say that many are against it, but when they tried to put on an anti-terror rally in Washington, about 50 showed up judging by the pictures I saw. Hamas can draw 100 thousand at times. I just don't see a big group speaking out against it, but I do see large groups running around Iran after Friday prayers every week shouting "death to America" and I hear their president saying he wants to wipe Israel off the map.

I don't think it is all, but I don't think it is a small part.

Oh Yeah, and all the Germans in the 1930s Bavarian Beer Halls were good buddies with the Jews and loved Americans. Why, they even had relatives living in America. None of them ever even thought of becoming Nazi's.

Many of the citizens of the middle east have the same kind of inferiority/superiority psychological problems as the Germans. The Germans in the 30s had Books and Leaders that said they had the right to Kill if their beliefs were resisted. The Muslims of today have Books and Leaders that say the same thing.........However, the Muslims have been killing and enslaving innocent Jews and Christians since the days of the Barbary States. That is what their Book calls for.

Historically, the Christians use fear to recruit converts.
Historically, the Muslims use physical torture and killing to recruit converts.

I even have never had a difficulty with immigration assessments interior the U. S. yet i don't have something to conceal and have not have been given any subject approximately finger prints being taken. i seem forward to the better risk-free practices the place stricter assessments would be made as human beings pass away the U. S. to substantiate that the guy leaving is the comparable guy or woman who entered. If some human beings sense victimised that's the fault of the human beings who bomb indiscriminantly yet many of the real complainers have in all probability never been out of their abode cities and basically choose to have a pop at usa. I wish that Britain did a extra powerful job of preserving terrorists out and saved a nearer eye on people who pass to warzones to do charity and good works on a widespread foundation as those have been stumbled directly to be terrorists in cutting-edge trials.

Bush has nothing to do with it other than giving them someone to fight at home other than Israel. Did they have a reason when Clinton was president to bomb the USS Cole, the first bombs in the basement of the WTC, the Bali bombings, the Embassies? We saved their butts in Bosnia when the Serbs were using Muslims to practice genocide. Did they thank anyone? Watch Al Jazerra on the web. It is their news service. You will get a real eye opening as to their true intentions. They brag about stopping at nothing but the destruction of Isreal and making Islam the only accepted religion in the world. We could leave Iraq and Afghanistan right now, and it will not stop them. As a matter of fact it will probably embolden them.

What I see is Muslims around the world not helping one another. Why aren't the Muslim populations in the middle east helping the Iraqi people? Why is only the USA willing to sacrifice for these people? Where is Egypt? Where is Jordan? Where is Saudi Arabia? Why aren't their armies fighting Iranian terrorists and restoring the peace?
Why do they all just sit back and watch the constant bloodshed? Where is the Love for one another?
It is time for action, if Muslims won't fight for themselves, then who will?
Stop blaming the media for the bad perception of Islam.
Start blaming yourselves for allowing this to get so far out of hand. It is too late for protests, it is time for action.

No, the media and the government have gone to great lengths to make sure Americans understand that most Muslims are not terrorists. Showing the radicals is good headlines and drama for the media. Besides, most people I know don't trust the media to be fair anyway.

My boyfriend is from Israel and he comes from a Muslim family. They are living peacefully in Israel. I can't talk about all Middle Eastern people, but I believe that it is folly to believe that they are all cruel people.

I believe that there is a problem occurring there, but we need to understand why.
Nobody ever thinks that it could be that our government is considered to be a terrorist government by other people in the world.
If you ever have the chance to read Noam Chomsky then do it soon. He is an American and a strong critic of the American government. Read some of his books, but check out this site as well.

The media has a way of over exaggerating everything. I remember once there was a small incident back in my home town which barely made the front news of the local papers. But it seem to be one of the headlines for CNN, showing riots and unrest in the country. i was like, what? when did that happen?

No that's not propaganda. That's news media reporting only sensationalism. and people panache over the terrorist threats around the world since 9/11. You can hardly call it propaganda.
