Just remember that he's probably as nervous as you and concentrate on putting him at ease. That's not as sexist as it sounds--just a way of taking you out of yourself.

Go to a health food store or a "natural" store and get "Bach's Rescue Remedy" - not the drops, but the spray. This stuff calmes you down. It's not a drug, and you can use it as often as you need it. I use it when I'm a nervous wreck and it really works. I also used it on one of my dogs when she had separation anxiety. I put the drops in her waterbowl. But for yourself, get the spray: You just spray it directly on your tongue. It also looks just like a breath freshener in the little spray bottle, so nobody will know that it is actually for calming your nerves.

there is no point getting worked up because you have to remember that the other half of your equassion is probably nervous as well, its only natural . be your self don,t talk to much listen and just enjoy each other . after all would they have said OK to your date if they though you were anything less than enjoyable to be with. you,ll be fine ....all the best
