Bullet Resistant Kevlar panels can be cut to shapes very easily using a Jig Saw with a (Knife Blade) or even a hand held (Utility Razor Blade). It is very important “not” to use high speed saws or blades with teeth on these panels. Using high speed saws can possibly injure the operator and damage the blade, and jigsaws blades with teeth will snag the Kevlar Fabric from which the panels are made making it difficult to cut.
