Something personal, unique, inexpensive and one of a kind. What is it? An appointment to a spa, nail salon or a beauty parlour. $50 tops. A wall clock. Reminds them of you every time they look up to check time. $10 to $15 tops. A ceramic coffee mug hand made and hand carved by you. Their name on the front. Your name in the inside bottom, small letters saying: Best wishes, xx xx. $15 tops. The best thing about such people who are rich and have everything is, you can get away with inexpensive personalized gifts. You cannot match gifts of the $200 to $500 variety. Forget that. No body thinks up of personalizing gifts, so they will appreciate it very much. It is win-win.

I was looking at the other answers and a lot of people seem to think you are rolling in money, fancy meals and scuba diving are a bit on the expensive side. I agree more with the people who thought that something small and personal would be a good gift, the photos from both sides of the family appeals to me most. There is a good chance that they will be so swamped with stuff that a week after their wedding they will just be wondering where to put it all and a picture in a frame is never in the way and a constant reminder of that special time.

Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:
Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you, they and family would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!
The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.
Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.
Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it a homemade feeling.

Do they like going out and about? How about getting them a membership for the National trust, means free admission into any sites in Britain. Get them that with a photo album to record their first year as a married couple.
A little different but only work if they like visiting places

What I plan on doing for my sister when she gets married is a quilt. Not just any quilt though one with pictures of them together throughout the relationship. If that is out of your price range (if you can't make it yourself) then just a pillow quilt with a few pictures. Most print shops can transfer pictures onto fabric then just make those the center of each patch in the quilt. Here are a few sites you can buy from or even get ideas.

I would make something - Do you know anyone who could make you a photo frame that you could decorate - or buy a cheap one and decorate it with cream fabric - lace - small ornamental flowers - like you get for cake decorations - glitter - would look nice with thier wedding photo in! Or the same idea for an albumn - or just get a wedding album! Humorous book on marriage! Good luck

Sponsor a child in the 3rd world, like a big package thing where they can see the child's progress and even visit them?
Or try Oxfam website - I'm sure you can buy weird but helpful things like a herd of cattle or something?
Or just get 'em some vouchers off their wedding list?

Do they have a gift list - how about picking something from that? Do you know where they are going on honeymoon - perhaps you could get them some currency of the country they will be going to? How about a bottle of very good wine or similar from the year they are married? How about a tree to plant in their garden? How about something like a champagne hot air balloon flight? Good luck!

Since they are not in need of financial or material contributions, I suggest going for sentiment over value. Perhaps a gift certificate to a restaurant that has a special meaning to them, or a certificate for a couples massage.

My sister is the same way so I bought her a basket and filled it with cleaning product, or what about a basket filled with like bottles of wine and wine glasses, or a hotel stay for sometime in the next year at a local hotel. Everyone loves a weekend away even if it is right down the road.
