You really can't. The only way I can think of is to use two RLC circuits both with a different series resonant frequency and feed them with alternating frequencies.

Put the LED's in parallel with each other, but with opposite polarity (cathode of one connected to anode of the other).

Then, put that LED combination in series with the RCL circuit. When current flows one way, one of the LED's will light. When current reverses, the other LED will light.
