Do You really believe all Muslims are terrorists?

I will bet money that our Muslim neighbors in this forum oppose terrorism and consider Osama Bin Laden a heretic.

I wish someone had bet me because all of my Muslims friends seem to support Peace. Peace be with you all.

Why pick osama bin laden into everything man. How many times have I said dont judge a nation by its people. So hitler killed 6 million JEWS!!! Does that mean all the christians are terrorists. Please all you non muslims dont be so ignorant and blind. Open your eyes, read the Quran and see what Islam really teaches.

Yes, but it's so hard to fight the misconception that we are all terrorists.
Sometimes I want to give up but I remember what Muhammad (pbuh) and the early followers had to go through.
So I radiate a smile for everybody to see and live my life as the best Muslim I can be and that doesn't involve terrorism, hating other people and yes I consider Osama Bin Laden a heretic loser.

I know for a fact that the majority of Muslims are not terrorists and do oppose terrorism. I am married to a Muslim man and living in his country, surrounded daily by peaceful, loving Muslims.

No. After living in Muslim Central also known as Jakarta Indonesia for 21 years, I have never met a cold blooded person. I even worked in a firm that had a lot of muslims and I am not muslim. They are kind people just like anyone else. It's just the media and extremists which annoy the hell out of me.

I do however believe that Osama Bin Laden is a dangerous criminal who needs to be captured and made to answer for his crimes.

I think that the television show “The West Wing” summed it up best when in the special episode that was aired just after 9/11 they said “Al-Qaeda is to Islam what the KKK is to Christianity”

the vast majority of muslims are NOT terrorist... there are some who say they are muslim but they don't practice Islam. I am an american to converted to Islam like many women in the west now. Islam doesn't teach terrorism or hate. Islam is about family, charity, and praying to 1 God. Read the Quran to learn about the true Islam......... it just makes sense. Islam is a beautiful way of life

I do agree. percentage of terrorists Muslims less than 1% and they are, in general, not well educated I mean Islamic education. Religious people here in Saudi Arabia consider Bin Laden and his group as a deviated sect from real Islam.

But the question who made this very Little very dangerous group....?

Hell no no longer all of them. that's basically loopy talk. that's is noted as racial profiling if every physique thinks all of them are. because 9/eleven terrorist assaults have been extra on substantial flow television interior the West and this has made a miles better impression on further and extra human beings feeling this way. i'm undecided that terrorist assaults have grown in numbers over all, basically as a results of fact the west has been hit further and extra. that's extra a "interior the face" activities.

If you get to know Muslims very well you may find that Muslims have a range of opinion on terrorism. Those who disagree with OBL are likely to consider him a mota'sib (fanatic) rather than a mohartiq (heretic).

In Islam, there is a vast difference between the believer (Muslim) and unbeliever (Kufar/infidel). This comprises the two categories of the Dar ul Islam (realm of Islam) and Dar ul Harb (realm of battle).

Those who kill shouting "Allahu akbar" are killing in the name of Allah, for the sake of Allah, according to the rules of engagement of the Qur'an. = mujahid (pl. mujahideen) can include clerics or professors who incite followers to jihad. It is not hatred that drives the Muslim to kill non-Muslims but rather religious zeal.

Muslims who aid and abet the "fighter" (mujahid) have nearly the same status and reward as the mujahid.

There is an obligation of Muslims to rid the world of fitnah....

Not all Muslims blow up things, yet "jihad in the cause of Allah" "jihad fee sybil Allah" is "fard ayn" "compulsory duty" for all Muslims. Why? There are rules from the Quran for combattive jihad.

Among observant Muslims there are those who:
a) jihad in the path of Allah with their wealth and their lives (including those who sit at home but give asylum to mujahidin Qur'an 4:76, 8:74, 49:15) = true Muslim
b) those who sit at home (and do not give asylum to mujahidin or jihad in the path of Allah)
c) the handicapped (does not count as a category)

I do not believe they are, at all. When I lived in Dallas I worked with a number of Muslims. My heart broke for them after 9/11, as they were hounded and villified everywhere they went. They were lovely women and I am sure their families must have been lovely people, also.
