The other day I was with my mom and friend at wal-mart and I started riding on the power skooter thingys they have at wal-mart and laughing acting silly allot of people were staring at me now my mom punished me I'm 13 and no nothing was wrong with my leg.

That depends on what punishment was handed out. However, a form of punishment was due. While you were embarrassing your mom, someone could have needed that scooter ... and was not able to find one.
There's nothing wrong with being silly and having a bit of fun ... but, there's a time and place for it, and you chose the wrong place. I don't think too harsh of a punishment is in order. In my opinion, I think your mom talking to you about what you did wrong would suffice. :)

well she shouldn't have pushed you but you should have considered that may have been the only power chair wal-mart had and some little elderly person may have serious need of it and you were off galavanting in there preventing a customer with an actual need from using it.

look dear,i know u might not like my answer but ur mum is mature enough to understand when to punish u and not.that u don't realise why she scolded u is because u r naive.i suggest u talk to her gently and find out ur exact fault and try not to commit the same mistake again.i'm sure once u learn a lesson,u'll never forget it and this will help u a lot in life.cheer up!

Maybe you should talk to your mom and clarify the reason why she is punishing you. Sometimes as teenagers, we do not see things as adults sees them. What is a harmless joke or act to us may offend others.
When talking to your mom, be open-minded and try to understand her. Share your feelings with her so she'll understand you also.
Remember, she won't reprimand you if she doesn't care!

Yes, they are made for young children. You could have broken it. Not only that, you embarrassed your mom! Time to start acting a bit more mature than a 6 year old.

your mom is your mom and always will be so you are only thirteen , she should punish you if she feels that it is right , you will understand better when you are older
