this guy is driving me crazy, i love him... but i have to forget him as i can never speak to him again ( for an unclassified reason)... i dont know what to do...?

Lets see...to go on or not? Kind of self explanatory if you can never talk to him again. You really couldn't figure that one out on your own?

He's crazy about you & you are crazy about him ... still you don't wanna speak to him again ... this really is strange
It means you don't have TRUST & FAITH on each other any longer, which is the basic ingredient of friendship and/or love.
Just talk to him and let him know your inner feelings; may be you have some misunderstanding or may be there's some confussion in your relationship, which will be resolved by talking to each other.
If you don't wanna do that; then just forget him ... can you do that? will he not be hurt? Its better to communicate than to just quit.

Well if you can never speak to him again, then there's no point in going to see him anyway.
Sometimes in life you have to make a hard decision and live with it.

you need to set boundaries...he needs to know that his behavior is unacceptible to you and you will not allow it...you are better than that
you need to be firm and sound unwavering in your speech to him
It can be flattering to be followed around like a puppy dog but in time it gets annoying
he had his chance and it is over...
there are ways too tell someone to lay off
many of us women think we have to be nice and if he does not take no for an answer you have to find a way to get through to him
like tell his friends to tell him to leave you alone or his sister or brother

if you have to forget him - then do just that!! fdont put yourself in a situation where you will be around him lusting after him - keep yourself busy if you do have to be around him and try not to look at him etc!
Of course if you could find yourself a new man - that would be the best thing ever for keeping your mind of it!

Not to go on. Keep the emotional pain in you. Bottle up your issues and let them eat you up inside. Become depressed and hold onto the past. Always love him and never move on.
