Start a simple relationship. Get to know him little by little and then after you each other a little better than go ahead and tell him that you love him. Just remember don't judge a book by its cover! He may be good looking but make sure he is the right type of guy for you.

i would wait till he tells me first...i bet a lot of people would hate my answer but how does he feel...i mean what makes you want to run and tell him so bad
maybe you need to settle down and let things go and see how they turn out...
running and telling him everything will be putting all your cards on the table
if you can handle this OK, but most guys like to be the one who chases you
so if it is really important let it unfold in a natural way
meanwhile you have all of this energy floating around, so get busy and do something .....
get with a girlfriend and talk to her about it..tell her how you feel about him etc and get some feedback about what she thinks
this way you will get to unwind a bit, and get some feedback and not rush into something that might scare him off
