i asked her a week b4 our first date, n wen i did, she was extremely happy and showed it. i thought she liked me cos she always wants me to call her. wen she cancelled on the day, she told me that she got grounded... i gave her the benefit of the doubt. it helped ease it bcos she asked me to call her as soon as she told me she couldn't go... we talked for a couple of hours on the phone n only stopped wen i had to go... but wen she mentioned being grounded her sister overheard it and was surprised that she was... (i heard her sis on the phone. her sis wud usually kno these things.)
so... right now, i'm confused............. if she did lie about being grounded and if she doesn't like me, why did she ask me to call and want to talk to me for hours? but if she does like me, why wud she cancel our date?
i'm just dying out here, it's so confusing...
should i ask her to go on another date? i was so sure tht she liked me a lot cos she shows it... until now.

That's so funny because I just read the Princess Diaries where Mia had to cancel her first date too and she lied to her date because she had a family obligation she didn't want to attend, but she didn't want to mention it to her boyfriend because she thought that her boyfriend would break up with her. But at the end, the boyfriend loved her as much and he understood her and made her a surprise date.
Anywayz, maybe that could of happened, but what you should do is treather fairly well, and if she was happy, just like the girl in the book about the first date, then maybe you should plan another date and make it a surprise date, or something really really special.

maximum on line daters are gamers, he in all probability had somebody else to fulfill. Sorry I even have alot of journey With on line dating and the adult males on those web pages. I as quickly as had a guy ensue at my door over an hour late, first date -on line assembly. I in no way opened the door, he ran to a pay telephone in no way spoke back him. once you're making plans while you're late or cancelling call the guy, this is etiquette. Months later he stated I could provide him yet another risk reason its the adult males that stood you up that are worth it.

Sounds like she was lying about being grounded. If she's lying about that, maybe she's lying about liking you. She sounds kind of demanding (why can't she call you, why do you always have to call her?). My advice is to find someone who likes you for you and doesn't play games.
