Sounds as if she was flattered by the offer and that she would consider it. I don't think there is too much behind it other than what she said. I think she's thinking about it, or maybe she has problems with her schedule???? Ask her again in about 2 weeks.

she basically means that she thankx you for your honesty and humbleness and she will think about it means that she may consider a relationship with you, but she could also mean that she does not like you and i dont think she will mind going out again.
