Send in a 1040X. It will have a spot for what was reported as well as the adjustment to it. More than likely, you will have to paper file this return. Also, it is advisable to wait until you have received your initial refund so that it will not get screwed up.

File an amended return using a form 1040-X showing all of your information for the year. File by 4/17 to avoid any penalties.

If you just ignore it, eventually the IRS will send you a bill if you owe anything, and it will have interest and possible penalties added on. This could take months, or even a year or more - by then the interest and penalties will have added up.

You need to file this 1040X form:
http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040x.pdf
and do it by April 17th! You will have to fill out the amended return with the new information. You cannot efile an amended return-you will have to mail it in although you do NOT have to attach a copy of your first return you already filed. Eventually you will get a notice from the IRS if you do not and they will change your return based on the new info from the addtional W2.

If the income was included and the form was accurate nothing. If it changes things than you may need to file an X form.
