We notice things you might not even think of. The way you dress when you go out, for example,,,,,,it needs improvement. Are you clean shaven? Do you use your blinker?
I followed this guy in his car from my house to WallMart, he used his blinker every single turn, every lane change, did every rule right, but when I was going to park, he backed up and took my spot. :-( How rude is that. I know that guy, so I always let him know that my driveway is for my car, lol, but little details let a girls know that a guy is sensitive, or an uncaring jerk that just looks out for himself.
Maybe hold the door open for someone, doesn't matter if you are trying to "hit on them" or not, just do it to get in the habit of looking out for someone, etc. We notice that, if we see it or have it done for us while going out of a store with a bag or cart full of stuff..........
Be a gentleman, always ask first, then the rest is conversation and up to you. Be a gentleman and ask if a lady is saving the seat for someone, if not, ask if you could sit there for your lunch with her. (Maybe your culture isn't the same here, but people congregate at strip malls and sit down and eat from the food stations.......there just isn't enough seating for everyone here.)
The most important though, is by how you dress. Treat yourself great, we notice that....

be a jerk , this is the best way to be noticed... or if you are not that much a jerk ....play it cool... and if you are not any of these it means that you are serious man with serious image, just go and tell her that you would not mind to have a cup of coffee and talk with her....
remember that your maturity and self confidence is something that atracts girls more than something else...
sooo dont be shy and set a talk with her (remember she is human also!!! and humans never mind if they are liked by others...)

There is not much you can do. If a girl want to notice you she will. You can 'be yourself' and all....and you will be all that alone, because no girl will come near you

Be funny and silly.. I like guys who talk alot and have silly stories and are kind of cocky.
