I heard and viewed this on youtube not on any other than an american news channel which is supposed to be biased and should not show anything like this which can make people rethink about their misconceptions about other religions/countries and decrease hate

It only a rough estimate could be less, could be more, but it's difficult to guess becuase no records are kept of how many people have converted.

It wouldn't surprise me - a large number of prison inmates convert to Islam yearly, and America does have a very large prison population. I believe I read an article which quoted a figure very close to what you have, although I wasn't able to find it online with a quick search.

I think it comes from the fact that people are sympathetic to seeing Muslims demonized , andthem taking it really well, without lashing back . I wouldnt be able to put up with that. Then your conservetive right, led by so called Christians, raising hell all over the globe , ignoring human rights abuses worldwide, and basically being hypocritical to the tenents of true Christianity . And you wonder why people convert to a eastern religion in the western world.

yes al most more than 20 000 convert to islam every year.anyone more intrestead to find out who the creator is at last we turn to islam to get the ans, if u want complicatead faith, 3 in one god, then u will stick to where u are ok

i dont know but i havnt converted and every single person i know, (and i know a lot of people) no one i know has converted...in my entire lifetime a have never met a muslim...and i've lived in many different states. weird huh. i dont think islam is as popular as "youtube" says.
