1-do not smoke
2-finish college and get a job you enjoy
3-don't wait for the perfect man, he does not exist.
4-get out of your comfort zone and try more things
5-travel more
6-save more money
7-buy a house before you reach 30
8-have 2 kids when you are between 30 and 35
9-do not listen to what your parents want for you-decide yourself

Find some kind of exercise that you enjoy and keep doing it !!
Use sunscreen on your arms neck and face every day
Keep up the anti-oxidants
Tell your loved ones that you love them as often as you feel the urge!!
