I already used whitening products (soap, lotion, astringent) and a scar remover made of sunflower oil. but they don't work.
I got the scar from using a hair removing lotion and I didn't know that I had broken skin in one area of my leg. I felt a burning sensation after washing off the lotion and it left a scar (similar to a bruise)

Try lotion or skincare with Vitamin E. Vit. E heals scars. I personally had an experince that my mum was once accidently fell with a pail of hot water. The hot water was poured from her shoulder to thigh. Most of the specialist doctors were worried for her as the burn was deep into the 3rd layer of her skin. She was fat and she has diabetes. After consulting a specialist doctor, he recommended Estebel Massage Cream/Lotion (all types) which is rich in Vitamin E. After a week, she was well recoverd and the skin leaves no scar at all. It was amazing!!

When I had my skin grafts the surgeon told me to use Nivea afterwards - saying you simply couldn't get any better than that to help mousturise and promote healing.

I doubt he was on commission form Nivea as he had no idea which shop I bought mine from...
