Fruit itself is actually healthier because it provides more nutrients than juice. Now some juices (like pure orange juice will also give you a good burst of vitamins) the problem with most juice is that they have a lot of sugar and little fiber. So, it's better just to eat the fruit.

Fruit is in most case. First off, most of the vitamins is in the skin. Second fresh fruit has more vitamin than something that has been sitting around for a while and worse, has been pasteurized. THe cooking would destroy some of the vitamins. Also a lot of juice now a dats are not pure juice. Read the ingredients.

Fruits have fiber
Juices of the fruits do not.
Juices of the fruit are mostly sugar and the nutrients, but as others have stated, the substance really is in the fruit. The micronutrients, vitamins, fiber, the organic pulp of the fruit is probably healthier for you than just juice. I"m not an expert, just a person who has thought of the same question.

Fresh fruit juice is excellent for you, as are the vegetables.
When you put the fruit through a juicer, you are separating all the fibre that is hard for your body to break down, leaving just the vitamins, minerals, other fibre and enzymes that are the most powerful and beneficial for your body.
What's more, you are able to consume your daily recommended serving of fruit/veggies in one fell swoop. For example, I juice 5 carrots, an apple, some garlic or ginger, a whole cucumber and a handful of grapes. It would literally take me hours to eat all of that!
Good luck!

Both are healthy, but fruit juice can contain a lot of sugar. So fresh fruit should be the first alternative.

I think eating fruit is more healthy than drinking fresh fruit juice, beacuse when you make it into fresh fruit juice, the vitamins in it will be gone, so eating fruits must be more healthy than just drinking fresh fruit juice.

I think eating the fruit would be healthier as you have the fibre and perhaps other nutrients which might be lost during juicing process - ie exposure to air. Nothing better than the whole thing!

i's better if u EAT fruits because when u juice them using a juicer, the "real nurients" simply goes to the pulp catcher.. when u drink juice that u bought from the grocery, they may not be fresh anymore.. eating is better than drinking.
