From below remove the two black headed philips screws under the fog light location pull the black plastic inner fender liner toward the tire. Watch for the two spring screw clips they may fall off put them back on. now you can see the back of the fog light assembly either the bulb is visiable or the black plastic cover needs to be turned to the left then remove the bulb. do not touch the glass of the new bulb. Skin oils will shorten the life of the new bulb.

Smash it with a crow bar and use a screwdriver to pry the pieces out.

you have to replace the entire light assembly on that model nissan
