Heaven
The principle is called the age of accountability. If you are not old enough to understand the difference between good and evil then you are permitted to enter heaven.

Jesus said that unless we all become like little children we will never see the kingdom of God. He also said that heaven is made for such as these, when talking about the little children. He wants understanding from us that is just like a child's, not intellectual arguments that often leave us with no understanding at all.

The “age of accountability” is a concept that teaches those who die before reaching the “age of accountability” are automatically saved, by God’s grace and mercy. The “age of accountability” is a belief that God saves all those who die before reaching the ability to make a decision for or against Christ. Thirteen is the most common number given for the age of accountability based on the Jewish custom that a child becomes an adult at the age of 13. However, the Bible gives no direct support to the age of 13 always being the age of accountability. It likely varies from child to child. A child has passed the age of accountability once he or she is capable of making a faith decision for or against Christ.

If there is such a thing as an 'age of accountability', then the implication is that you should murder your children before they reach that age to guarantee that they'll go to heaven. Otherwise, by not killing them, you're risking their eternal damnation, and presumably eternal torment is infinitely worse than getting killed.

Or, you could give up on organized religion and not bother yourself with worrisome questions like that...

"And since the God doesn't advocate murder, you just made yourself sound really stupid."

1. The Bible is full of accounts of Jehovah telling the Hebrews to commit mass murder against Philistines, etc.

2. Calling people 'stupid' is, well, really stupid and childish. Ad hominem arguments are popular among people who have no real rhetorical ability.

All children belong to God. If they die before the age of being able to understand and make a choice of accepting Christ as their Savior, then then would go to Heaven.

All children go to Heaven. God is loving and merciful and just. He does not hold those incapable of knowing him, his word and his son, through situations that are out of their control, responsible. Children are the kingdom of God!

All children are saved, or go to Heaven, if they die before they can be accountable for their actions. God is merciful, and wouldn't send babies to Hell. They are incapable of sinning.

Heaven. It would be contrary to the Bible that God is a merciful God for them to go to Hell.
