I don't know about in your stomach...
But when I was a child in rural Arkansas. I remember a summer so hot that the popcorn popped in the fields...
Yep the sun was so hot that the sorghum in the fields melted molasses right out of the cane stalks..
Then came the winds... Strong dry winds,,,,,
Before we knew it there were popcorn balls as big as cows in the valley!!!!!!!!
And if you believe that one I'll tell you another...

Sure.....along with, if you swallow watemelon seeds they'll grow inside you, and if you swallow gum it will blow up and kill you! Seriously, the acids produced in the stomach are so powerful, that unprocessed seeds don't stand a chance, and what isn't "eaten up" will pass on thru along with the rest of your waste!

No...you need a lot more heat than that. In any case, kernels need to be very dry before they can pop, which isn't the case in gastric and intestinal environments.

No. They have to be under intense and constant heat to do so... so if one DOES pop in your stomach, that kernel of corn is the LEAST of your worries, fire-belly.

No. And the unpopped kernel will probably come out in tack in about 8 hours or so...
