There is a reason why Justice is shown 'blindfolded' holding a scale.
Justice must, theoretically, 'balance' both sides of an arguement. That means that justice is not that which simply satisifies one side while ignoring the other. So, one cannot expect 'justice' to simply say 'you're right' and that's it.
Justice also requires ALL the facts to be known before a decision can be reached. Anyone who attempts to make a decision without ALL the facts (even the ones that hurt one's case) does not serve justice.
So, Divine Justice is the concept where one's life is not only 'argued', but shown within the context of other, previously uknown, 'facts' which mitigate or strengthen that which is being presented. Since Justice knows ALL the facts which surround your particular situation, it is the best to judge what rewards and/or punishments either side deserves.

The belt buckle of the Nazi soldiers has GOD WITH US on it. Were the Nazi's doing god's justice in killing millions of Jews, queers, commies, Poles, Americans, Brits, Russians etc? Or was it divine justice when Mohammed Atta and his cohorts crashed those planes on 9/11 believing that he was doing the will of GOD as punishment for our involvement in the Muslim affairs. SO ...I am leaning toward MYTH!!!
