You have to file a FIR to your local police. second step you have to reapply for your new passport. You might had your old passport number that will be help full. You have to process all from beginning. get all your paper work certified and pic taken. Rest you will find out by visiting a local passport office. Spartan

First u have 2 give a compliant in the police station of which area, u lost u r pass port.
So they file FIR 4 u r missing PP and after that u have 2 collect one FIR copy and then u have 2 submit it in Regional Pass port office and 2 make a request 4 re- issuing of u r PP as wel as renual of u r passport.

just go for a new passport form and fill..within the form there will be colounm about whether uv own a passport before.goodluck

Your in deep trouble with the 911 thing it is very very difficult to get a new passport, almost no one will believe you and you might go to jail
