Eat chicken, fish or red meat every three hours, supplement with protein shake when you cant eat, and work out!!! Whatever you WANT to weigh is how many grams of protein you should be consuming everyday. Take that number and divide it by how many times a day you eat, then make sure you take in that many grams of protein per meal. And when you lift you have to push your muscles, add weight each time.

If you want muscle bulk you need 2 things.

1. Lift weights
2. Eat 6 times a day with a high protein diet.

PS: you can also talk to your doctor about one cycle of steriods. Many doctors will prescribe steroids to guys with low self-esteem. If used properly there are few health risks.

Why not steroids?

You can put as much protein in you as you can, but you will NOT use all of it and it will end up messing you up just as much as steroids would.

So yah, look good now at the expence of a longer life, but put down steroids because thats what school tells you to do.

They don't want you to live long. The government needs nothing from you after you retire.
