I have a 1992 300 ZX. I bought it at an auction and it did not come with a key for the alarm. If I pull the fuse, then I have no dash lights or tail lights,etc... How can I disable the alrm system without pulling the fuse and still have all the normal operating functions so I can drive my car??!!

OK the security system is built in. Yellow flashing light in the instrument cluster. The alarm is activated with either the trunk key or the drivers door lock cyl switch. Stock system honks and flashes the headlights. Check and see if you can turn on the security light with the door locks trun to lock and hold turned for a second then un lock and hold to see if the security light go's out. Some times the lock switch wires get torn when breaking into the car with a slim jim.

Check under the dash. Reconnect all the original wires from the car.
