Jesus founded only one universal church to lead all to salvation, and no matter what any particular denomination or preacher may have to say about it, anyone who believes in the authentic Jesus Christ, remains a member of that one Church

Because in the Bible, there really is only one Church that came into being on the first Pentacost after the Crucifixion.
There is one place in the New Testament where in a greeting there is the phrase "The Churches of Christ greet you."
Also, when you think of The Church, you are actually referring to all members of all congregations. This is also referred to as The Body.

There is the "visable" church, which consists of all people who PROFESS Christianity. Then there is the "invisable" Church, which consists of ALL people who have been "born again", (though they might not call it by that language) by repenting of their sins and accepting Christ as the Lord & Savior of their life. This is ALL the Believers of ALL the ages.....NOTE TO YEOW TEN ABOVE: No, all pastors DO NOT belong to some Denomination. My Pastor doesnt, My Church doesnt, and there are actually hundreds of Churches & Pastors that don't.........theBerean

Regardless of denomination, God has established His Church. There is always a remnant of the faithful wherever God has established His Church.
The Church is the true believers. There are churches that are not God's Church, and there are people within some churches that are not part of God's Church.
The Church was established by Jesus Christ as His vehicle to bring the Gospel to a dying world. It exists solely to proclaim that Gospel and to glorify Him. It has nothing to do with social programs, music, youth, or other ministries. Those are just tools that further the true mission of His Church.

It is proper to refer to individual churches or to refer to the entire body of believers as the church, just as the Bible does.

There is no such thing as a non-denominational pastor, every pastor belongs to a denomination of some sort.
