Te gustan los chocolates

There are a number of ways of saying this in Spanish and it all depends on who you are talking to and where in the Spanish speaking world you are.

"You like the chocolates" is "te gustan los chocolates" (if you are speaking to someone you know well) or:-
"(A usted) le gustan los chocolates" - if you want to be a little more formal. The part of the sentence in brackets (a usted) is used if you need to emphasise that you mean "you" rather than "he" or "she" as the basic way of saying "you like the chocolates/he likes the chocolates/she likes the chocolates" is the same in Spanish.

If you are talking to more than one person:
Os gustan los chocolates - if you are talking to people you know well - you would only use this construction in Spain.
In Latin America (and also in Spain if you are speaking formally) it would be "(A ustedes) les gustan los chocolates".
If, as I suspect, you meant to ask the question "Do you like chocolates?" then all of the foregoing forms would be the same, but written with question marks:
¿Te gustan los chocolates?
¿(A usted) le gustan los chocolates?
¿Os gustan los chocolates?
¿(A ustedes) les gustan los chocolates?
