My kids resistance is very low they fall ill every now n then how to increase?

if theyre eating and drinking junk of course theyll fall ill alot. you need to make sure they eat vegetables, and soups, and juice, stuff with alot of vitamins. like A, B, and especially C because its the one that helps the immune system the most. so bring out your orange juice! also u can give them kids vitamins, that will also help them out alot.

It has been proven that children who are subject to cleaning chemicals such as Fibreeze and other household items are actually more likely to become ill. If you are using houshold cleaners like that, I would stop.
Kids get sick a lot. Ask your doctor if they think the amount that your children are sick is abnormal. You could just be worried because they are your own children, its a natural fear.
Communicate with them; depending on their age... Ask them in what ways do they feel sick. Often children will have a general idea of what is making them sick, depending on the sickness; they may be able to feel whether it is something they are eating, or an airborn sickness, or otherwise. Talking to the, can help narrow down what it is that is making them sick.

Keep them on a healthy diet. Make sure they are getting all the nutrients they need.

If kids are being exposed to other kids who are ill you are just going to have expect that they are going to pick up those viruses.... It's just a fact of life...
