I used to work as a RN. I don't know what is causing your symptoms but I know that you should see your doctor to find out.
Tingling sensations in your hands and feet usually are from problems with the blood supply to these areas. Bruising easily means their is something wrong with the clotting mechanisms in your blood.
Getting dizzy when you get up is called orthostatic hypotension and the fact that you actually lose consciousness means this is severe.
If this was me, I'd get an appointment to see the doctor as soon as I could. I'm sure the doctor will be able to treat this but I wouldn't let it go.

Well some more information would be nice.
A) When did these symptoms start?
B) Did they come on fast, or over a long period of time?
C) What were you doing when they started?
D) How old are you?
E) Have you ever had these symptoms before?
F) Have you recently started taking a beta-blocker?
G) Do you have any risk factors for Congestive Heart Failure that you know of?
H) Any trouble breathing or recent cough development?
Clearly your circulation has been drastically reduced, seeing a doctor immediately is advisable. An Emergency Room visit isn't out of the question here. I don't think these are symptoms which should be taken lightly.

I had this before pretty much the same thing. I had cat scans done because sometimes it can be the inner ear is off balance. Something you may want to check. In my case it was just good old panic attacks. Which while not great better than the alternative. Go see an Ear, Nose, Throat DR and let them look at your ears....to rule that out.
I have had the shaky thing my whole life they ruled that as heredity tremors. My grandma always shook and it appears I got that from her. As for the bruising I bruise so easy most of the time I don't remember bumping anything. So people just bruise easier than others. I was anemic when I was younger so you may want to have them check that too.

I know exactly what it is because I have had these problems since the age of 8, now 22. You have circulation problems. That is what is causing you to be dizzy, and defiantly the tinging. You should go to a doctor and mention it to him to see what he thinks. I take procardio to help with it.

The strange sensations sound like peripheral neuropathy. The rest of the symptoms are consistent with diabetes and peripheral neuropathy is a part of diabetes.
Get a doctor appointment right away in the morning. Diabetes is a very serious illness. Please take it seriously.

could be anemia
When i wasnt eating enough, I used to get really dizzy when standing up from a chair. I also was fatigued, and my fingers and toes would go numb really really easy. I was also really cold.
You should eat more or make sure you are not lacking any vitamins and nutrients.

since these aren't acute symptoms, you can make an appointment with your primary care doctor.
