depends on the age.
Baby needs 16 hours to sleep,
while toddler needs 12 hours
kid in elementary school need 10 hours
teen and adult need 8 hours
senior needs 10 hours.

I've been able to go every other day for about 10 days and 3-4 hours at a time. but that's with a good diet, lots of fruit juice, veggies and fruits and B12, Ginko Biloba and using Melatonin to sleep quickly and sound!

Six to eight hours per night. But it really depends on the person. Some people can go without alot of sleep....some people need more than 8 hours of sleep......

every human body has its own system.while sum people may require 10 hrs of sleep to relax fully,sum may relax even in 2-3hrs.There is no defined limit.It varies from person to person and from situation to situation
