Basically what happens is that the doctor takes his really really small thing that appears to be a hammer and pulls it down the middle of the foot? If your toes go up, I guess your in trouble, so I heard?? What would I be in trouble for? Like what does it mean if my toes go up? Any help? I think the test starts with a "F" or a "V"

I had my friend try it on my foot. And the B*stard doesn't even move? Is something wrong??

It's called the Babinski sign, and the toes should not flare out. Flaring out is indicative of an upper motor neuron lesion of the central nervous system as well as other diseases and conditions.
