Since you are intended to marry an Indian girl (NRI) the procedures are not complicated. For this purpose I would suggest you to contact the Indian consulate in Dubai. There is a marriage affairs section. You have to register your names there. The consulate will publish your names and details on the notice board as well as in the local newspapers. From the date of announcement you have to wait for one month. After completion of this specific time, and if nobody has registered an objection or complaint against your marriage, the consulate will assist/advice you the further procedures.

Do it man you only get one chance at life. Make sure to sign a prenuptual agreement. What does NRI mean? Never Received Implants? Yeah I heard implants don't feel right and all natural is the way to go so yeah go for it.
