No dude if you really are in that much pain you should be seeing a doctor. No pain should be bad enough to need pain killers without seeing a doctor. Whatever you do, do NOT take more than the labeled amount of medicine. It can kill you organs!!! AND YOU!

What type of pain? There are topicals like neosporin that have anesthetic in it. If you are looking for pain relief equivalent to narcotics the answer is no you cannot buy any legally. Go to the doctors, they have lidocaine patches that you could use if you are actually in need of it. You say "wouldn't feel" so what are you planning? If you have a medical issue there are many things available and many doctors have samples (nonnarcotic) if you don't have prescription coverage. Good luck.

I use Aspercreme, it doesnot numb, but it is temporary help. I have also heard the medicine called BLUE that helps too, but I have never used it. It all depends on where your pain is also. Is it in your mouth? Then Anbesol works well too. I have permanent pain everywhere in my body, but everyone, is different. I wish I could help more. So sorry for you pain.

Pain killers are not the treatment of pain. Better you describe your problem to get best answer for relief.

try taking three advil liquid gels. it will take 30 min to react, but it should help numb the pain and take nyquil liquid gels before bed to put you right to sleep. if the pain affects you for more than 4 days, please see a doctor.

i am not sure because the use of anesthesia is only for medical purposes. Exceeding a certain amount can be dangerous to your health. Try asking a pharmacy, you'll know the answer since i am not sure of it.
