find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter your stats and it will tell you how many calories a day you need to maintain your weight. take 300-400calories off that number and that's how much you need to lose weight.
eat 5-6 small meals a day instead of 3 big ones.
5-8 servings of fruit and vegetables a day.
8 glasses of water a day.
4-6 times a week cardio work out for 30-50min plus light weight training.
no junk food, no sodas, no white flour (white bread, pasta, cookies, cakes etc)

The healthiest way to lose weight is to eat often (three meals and three snacks every day) and eat healthful foods! Eating often (called grazing) speeds up metabolism. Skipping meals or starving yourself only slows it down, causing you to gain more than you lose.
Eat good fats (unsaturated), good carbs (whole grains), fruits & vegetables, low fat dairy, and drink water instead of soda. Avoid bad fats (trans and saturated), bad carbs (refined sugars like High Fructose Corn Syrup, processed grains like Enriched Flour), and combine strength training with cardiovascular exercise.
Strength training, like grazing, increases metabolism by building muscle that requires energy for your body to maintain. Simply having muscle mass causes you to burn calories while you're at rest just to maintain the muscle, so the more muscle you have, the higher your metabolism.

Take alot of vegetable juices.
Exercise at least 20 mins 3 times a week
Cut out sugar, and eat less carbohydrates.
