not like freecreditreport.com where their is a monthly bill

By law you are entitled to one free credit report per year from each of the three major repositories: Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion. You can request it directly through them or go to http://annualcreditreport.com

Although the credit report is free, the scores are not. The repositories still maintain the right to charge you for the scores.

True..like every1 says...annualcreditreport.com ...but realize...1 must have had a credit card in past to obtain credit report from anywhere!!

some states offer a free credit report each year...i know nj does....just have to go to the state gov site....they will tell you...if so it then goes through one of the paid sites and doesnt charge you..gl
